How to place an order on our site?

To finalize an order with us, you basically need to go trough 4 steps:

1) Find the item(s) and place it/them in your shopping basket and go to the checkout.
2) Enter your address information.
3) Approve our terms and conditions.
4) Enter your payment info and process payment.

If an order is successful, you will always see an order confirmation page, as well as receive an order confirmation email from us.

Please check the order confirmation email to ensure that all address information, as well as order information is correct. If something needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible.

I want to add an item to my order?

After you have placed the order and received the order confirmation email, your order has been completed and the transaction is therefore locked at the set amount.

We can't withdraw any more on your account, than was given permission to here.

This is due to a customer safety regulation put in place to secure you as a customer. You are welcome to place a new order for the desired products.

Payment methods

On HoopzStore.com we only accept the following payment options: Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not accept payment upon delivery under any circumstance.

If a payment is successful, you will always see an order confirmation page, as well as receive an order confirmation email from us.

The order amount is not withdrawn before the items are shipped from HoopzStore.com. For your safety, it is not possible to withdraw a higher amount than what you have approved in connection with your purchase.

My payment is being refused

Hoopz takes online shopping security very seriously, both for your own and our protection. Therefore we use a very tight security payment system. Sometimes you may experience that your payment is being refused or not accepted.

In most cases it is simply down to mistyping card information or not entering the correct password for your PayPal account. So do please check for any errors here first.

In a few cases, the payment may be refused or not accepted to any of the following reasons:

- Card/account does not have sufficient funds
- Card/account is not allowed for international shopping
- Card/account has previously been used for fraud incidents

There may be many more reasons for a payment to be refused/not accepted, in most cases it is only your bank and/or card provider that help you resolve any issues.

When we are refunding you in connection with an order, it can take anywhere from just two days up to 30 days before you will be able to see the money in your account.

This depends on what kind of credit card that has been used:

- with VISA cards a refund is usually processed within a few days
- with MasterCard it can take up to 30 days.
- with PayPal the refund should be shown within hours.

You can always contact your credit card provider or bank to get info on a specific refund.
