Delivery time depends on which goods are ordered. The specific delivery time is noted in the product description.


If an order includes multiple items, which have different delivery times, you should always expect the longest delivery time to be the relevant delivery time. The reason be that an order with multiple items will be collected and sent all together in one delivery.


If you regret your purchase (right to return)

You have 14 days full right to return when purchasing from (HoopzStore.com).The right of withdrawal can be executed without giving any reason.


HoopzStore.com overseas shipping information 

Non-EU customers may be required to pay customs or import duties when parcels reach the destination country. These charges must be paid in full by the recipient of the parcel. Customs and import duties vary widely from country to country, and we are therefore not able to inform you of specific charges for your country. The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
Please note: we cannot declare parcels as gifts or undervalue parcels.

Maintenance of basketball shoes
  • Let your shoes dry in fresh air, never place them on a radiator, or near direct heating.
  • Do not leave your shoes in the bag. Take them out after use.
  • Use your shoes according to the recommended conditions.
  • Do not wash you shoes in a washing machine, or dry them in a tumble dryer.
  • The shoes can not be modified in any way.
  • Leather- and skin shoes need to be treated with leather conditioner or leather balsam.

If you return shoes that have been used used within incorrect conditions, we may have to claim compensation for lost value of up to 100%. Claims will be handled on an individual basis, and we will usually answer all claims within 24 hours from the reception of the item at our warehouse.


Packaging and condition of the item when returned 

If items are not returned in the same condition and quantity as they were received in, we may have to claim compensation of up to 100%; this will be calculated on an individual basis.

You can also cancel your purchase by refusing to receive the item. (NOTE: You will be pay for the return shipping cost of this)


We will, of course, reimburse you for the amount you have paid us. 
If you regret you purchase we will of course reimburse you for the money you have paid us. The amount will we transferred to the credit card you have used for your purchase or to you bank account as soon as we have received the returned item and ensured that it meets our rules for returns. The only cost for you when returning/regretting an order is the delivery cost for returning the item to us.


What to include when returning goods? 

You have to include a copy of the order confirmation. This is not an absolute requirement, but the handling time will be faster if you fill out our form on the invoice. Please note, we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery (COD).


If there is an issue with the item (right to return) 

When you are shopping on HoopzStore.com you, of course, have 24 months warranty. You can either have your item repaired, replaced, money back or a price reduction, according to the specific situation.


It is, of course, required that the return is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other damaging behaviour.


How fast do I have to return an item? 

You have to return within “reasonable time” after you have detected the defect regarding the item. If you return within two months after you detect the defect, the return will always be considered within reasonable time. However, you must stop using the item as soon as you detect a defect. Otherwise we will not be able to properly asses the case.


We reimburse reasonable delivery costs 

If the return is justified we will, of course, reimburse you for your (reasonable) delivery costs.
